Mission & Vision
Vision:
To remove the obstacles for providing secondary and senior secondary education to
the disadvantaged sections of the society.
Mission:
The State Council For School & Technical Education also proposes to open schools in the State
of Uttar Pradesh and to provide free education at secondary and senior secondary level
to those belonging to disadvantaged groups (e.g. the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled
Tribes, Socially and Educationally disadvantaged classes and other socially, culturally,
economically, geographically weaker sections of the society, etc. as specified/
notified by the appropriate Government) and people belonging to weaker sections
who are unable to get secondary and senior secondary education in the normal course
of life.
